Creativity Is Freedom. Accessibility Is Power.

I’m Austin Reynolds—quadriplegic artist, inclusion consultant, and systems tinkerer. I build artwork, workshops, and AI workflows that make life and work more human, not harder.

I learned to paint again without full hand function, to speak up when systems got quiet, and to automate the boring parts so I had energy for the human parts. That mix is the brand. It’s also the offer: clarity, compassion, and tools that stick when life gets messy.

I created The Caged Cardinal to transform what once confined me into a mission that frees others — through art, storytelling, and technology.

This space reflects the reality of living and thriving with disability while teaching the world how to include, empower, and design better.

I blend artistic storytelling, lived experience, and emerging AI tools to help organizations and individuals foster inclusion in ways that feel human, not corporate.

The goal is simple: make accessibility an everyday act of creativity.
